Refund policy

 

Here at DEMI AREI we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not fit or simply did not work out, we have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

Unfortunately Demi Arei does not offer refunds. Any returns or cancellations will receive store credit.

If you have a return please email us at info@demiarei.com, you have 14 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. Any items returned after 14 days from the date it was received will be returned back at the buyers expense. Store credit codes are issued for the amount spent on your item(s). Once your return parcel is received, please allow 72 hours processing time for our team to send your store credit code or to notify you if your item(s) has been denied for return via email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise that appears worn or damaged. Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
