Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS AS FOLLOWS:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We do not offer Express or International orders at the moment.

Keep in mind that business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays. We ship domestic using USPS Priority Mail.

You will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number once your order is processed.

 

PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.

If your item is returned to sender it’s usually because the address was invalid, or entered incorrectly. Sometimes it also happens because your unit, suite, or apt number is missing. When this happens you are responsible for covering $10 to reship. Please email demiareibrand@gmail.com and give your correct address, then you will be invoiced via email to reship your order.
